What is even a MATANGA?+

MATANGA comes from a Shona word meaning "new beginnings." Many food companies are running compliance on spreadsheets, paper binders, and hope. We replace the hope with systems.

What happens on a discovery call?+

We spend 30 minutes mapping your current workflow, bottlenecks, and compliance gaps. We listen first. If there’s a fit, we’ll tell you. If there isn’t, we’ll tell you that too.

Do I need to prepare anything?+

Not required, but helpful: your current audit schedule, which certifications you hold (SQF, BRC, FSSC), and what keeps you up at night. The Smart Intake captures all of this if you’d rather do it async.

How is MATANGA different from other consultants?+

We build on your infrastructure – your M365 tenant, your tools. When we’re done, you own everything. No vendor lock-in, no recurring platform fees. We build ourselves out of a job.

What does it cost?+

Academy courses start at $199. Studio engagements start with a $500 Workflow Diagnostic. Corporate training is conversation-based. We’ll scope it together on the call.
